代々木公園遠望

渋谷公会堂の3階、北の眺望です。中景に臨む代々木競技場は1964年のオリンピックのために建設されたものです。このオリンピックを機に、渋谷周辺は大きく開発されることとなりました。

代々木公園の緑の先に見える新宿の高層ビル群は、夕映えに照らされ、夜の訪れとともにその姿を色鮮やかに変化させます。左手前に見える虹色の時計塔のデザイン意図は公開されていませんが、2015年、渋谷区は日本で初めて同性パートナーシップ証明制度を導入しました。また、レインボー宣言を行い、「ちがいを ちからに 変える街」という未来像を掲げています。多様な人々が集い、交流する文化の未来を想う景色の一つと言えるでしょう。

The skyscrapers of Shinjuku visible beyond the greenery of Yoyogi Park are illuminated by the evening glow, transforming their appearance into vivid colors as night falls. The design intent behind the rainbow-colored clock tower visible in the foreground has not been disclosed, but in 2015, Shibuya Ward became the 1st in Japan to introduce a same-sex partnership certification system. Additionally, they have issued the Rainbow Declaration, setting forth a vision for the future as "a city that transforms differences into strength". It can be seen as one of the views envisioning a future where diverse people gather and interact.
